Little Red Wagon Challenge #297

This weeks challenge over at Little Red Wagon is a Birthday theme. I created this little card for a class I'm doing and it's also perfect for our theme this week too! I used a stamp from Eat Cake Graphics called Arthur Alooishus in His Striped Shirt. He is just to cute! I added the balloon, because.......well he needed it! Hahaha!
